As soon as your order is placed, it is quickly processed and passed along to the Shipping Department immediately. Orders are shipped Monday – Friday. Orders placed before 12pm EST are shipped the same day.

In unusual circumstances, if your ordered product is out of stock, you will be contacted by email within 24 business hours. At that point, you can let us know how you would like to proceed with your order.

Suncoast Tackle accepts several methods of payment. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also accept PayPal payments. You can use either of these methods during the checkout process.

Returns accepts returns on unopened items within 30 days of delivery of your order. Unopened items must be in undamaged, new condition to receive a full refund of the product price. We understand that situations occur where you may have ordered the wrong item or were not aware about specifics of the product. Refunds will be credited as soon as the return is received and processed by our Returns Department. Refunds will not include the cost of shipping your order. Shipping costs for returning the item to Suncoast Tackle are the responsibility of the customer. If a return or refund is necessary because of an error on the part of Suncoast Tackle, you will be issued a full refund including shipping costs and we will send you a prepaid label to return the item to us.

Refunds will be credited back to your payment method upon receipt of your return or you may request a store credit.

FREE Shipping on all domestic orders over $69 in the United States. All other US orders ship for a flat rate of $5.99.

We ship orders Monday–Friday. Orders placed before 12pm EST ship same day. We pride ourselves on FAST shipping. As soon as your order is placed, it is processed and prepared for shipment. Our dedicated Shipping Department ensures your order is packaged carefully and launched to your destination.

Most orders ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) by First Class or Priority Mail services. Orders shipped by these methods are delivered in 2-4 business days 95% of the time from our warehouse in Texas. USPS does not deliver on Sundays and national holidays. Orders delivered to PO Boxes or APO must ship via USPS.

Heavier orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery and FedEx Ground. FedEx Home Delivery does not deliver on Sunday or Monday. FedEx Ground does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order has shipped and a tracking number will be provided. You can also track your shipment online in the My Account section.

We also provide Expedited Shipping services. You can select these options during the checkout process. FedEx 2-Day delivers in 2 business days and FedEx Express Saver delivers in 3 business days. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. When using these services, you will receive our discounted rates.

Please contact us if you require any special shipping services or delivery requirements. Signature Confirmation delivery is available for the small extra charge. Also, please note that USPS and FedEx drivers may choose not to leave a package if you are not present to sign for it or if there is no safe location to leave it. To avoid this situation and ensure receipt of your package, you may want to consider delivery to a business address. When placing your order, you can enter any specific delivery requests in the “Order Instructions” area when finalizing your order.


International Shipping

We ship hundreds of packages daily to international locations. So our international customers can shop with confidence. Shipping costs for international orders are available during checkout. Current international shipping options include: USPS First-Class International, USPS Priority Mail International, USPS Express Mail and FedEx Priority International. We highly recommend USPS shipping to most locations. You receive our largely-discounted international shipping rates with your order.

USPS International shipping options are generally less scrutinized and are subject to lower duties or taxes. However, these services provide less reliable tracking information.

FedEx International shipping options provide more reliable tracking information and are generally delivered much faster.

Please make sure to provide complete, accurate shipping information, including Full Name, Shipping Address, phone number and email. Phone numbers and email addresses may only be used if the shipping company has issues delivering your order.

Due to International laws and regulations, states the full value of the products in your order on the international shipping label. In addition, we send an itemized invoice along with your order that indicates the name of each product you ordered, the quantity and the price.

Certain products and ingredients may not be allowed to be shipped to particular international locations. It is the Customer's responsibly to be familiar with their local Customs regulations regarding products imported from the United States. Suncoast Tackle is not liable for packages refused, held or destroyed by Customs. Refunds in these instances are issued only if the product is returned to our warehouse in undamaged condition.

We request that you contact your Customs office to inquire about import regulations, restrictions or fees before placing your order. Suncoast Tackle does our best to stay updated on these regulations, however, these regulations change often. We will contact you immediately if we are aware that a specific item you ordered cannot be shipped to your location. Customs regulations differ by country and not being familiar with local regulations can result in your order incurring high import fees, the delivery being delayed or even returned. In some cases, you may be required to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. You may also be required to pay a brokerage fee for the shipment. These charges are completely separate from your shipping charge from Suncoast Tackle. These duties and fees are billed to you directly by the shipping carrier or Customs.
